You already choose it.

It was never yours to carry; you thought you had to carry it all, that you couldn't make another choice.
The choice to:
Settle for less.
Not speaking and living your own truth.
Not living the life you want.
The weird thing is you couldn't make the choice as a child; you had to deal with the circumstances you grew up with, but you made the choice already.
In my own healing, I could feel that I had already made the choice as a child—the choice not to become like them, the choice to heal, to break generational trauma, and to heal the feminine lineage.
It's not an easy job, but it’s a very important one.
The women before you didn’t choose it—maybe they didn’t know how—but that doesn’t matter, because this is about you.
What matters is: what do you choose?
And to whom are you loyal?
Are you loyal to yourself—or to the feminine lineage?
When something feels heavy, or carries a vicious energy, it’s not yours to carry.
You can't heal the pain from the women before you, it was never yours to carry. At some point in your life you started wearing it, but it’s time to stop that.
Time to choose the girl inside you who wants to live her life on her own terms, and be true to who she is—not the person she had to become in order to survive.
That girl knows. She knows what she wants, and she knows the way. She just knows. She knew it then, and she knows it now.
Trust that girl.
Lots of love,
Kelly
