Yet somehow, it often feels harder than it needs to be.
When I discovered my own abuse, what surprised me most was the fire and power of my inner girl—she who truly wanted to heal, and somehow, all she needed was for me to trust myself… and to trust her.
She knew the way.
Healing my abuse wasn’t just about healing the abuse.
It was about reclaiming my voice, my power, and my freedom—and, in doing so, healing the feminine lineage.
The feminine power that can move mountains, when it is healed in the right way: soft, strong, real.
No exhausting push or pull—just presence, depth, and truth.
This is what I teach you and guide you in to become the woman you truly are.
