This offering was born from my own story:
Carrying Capacity
A piece that was born from the rawest part of my healing from the abuse
I experienced as a child in my own family.
There was a time in my life when I had no words.
Only silence.
A body that froze.
A girl who carried too much, too early.
But it’s there—in the darkest depths—that I met her.
My inner girl.
The journey I’ve made with her…is the deepest reason I do the work I do today.
What I wrote in “Carrying Capacity” was never meant to become a service—but the more I healed, the more I knew:
Other women hold this same longing. To be met. To be seen.
To be held. To me, Holding My Inner Girl was one of the most sacred things I’ve ever done.

I remember thinking: Who am I to guide myself through something like this?
But still—something in me knew I had to trust.
That I didn’t need to be afraid.
I became the mother to my inner child that I never had. I know how terrifying it feels to carry yourself through the darkness.
To sit in the unsafety, the fear,
when old memories begin to surface—
and with them, the pain that follows.
And so this offering was born.
Not only as a service, but as a space.
For the woman who feels: I need to learn to hold myself too.
The question is not Can I do it?
The real question is: Do you trust yourself?
Do you trust that you can be with those parts of you,
that you can guide yourself through what once felt like too much?
And the answer is yes.
Even if you don’t believe it yet—
you can.
So many women carry the weight of abuse—known or unknown—
and are afraid to face it.
This is an invitation to do just that.
To turn toward it.
To hold yourself in it.
So that the girl within you can begin to hold you too—
and open things you never imagined possible.
This is not therapy.
This is not a technique.
This is space.
A sacred, soft space to be with what was once too much—and to find,
step by step, that you can carry it now.
When my memories returned,
I could’ve chosen therapy—I even had access to a trauma specialist, someone close.
But something in me said no. Not because I didn’t need support—but
because I needed to walk it by myself, on my own.
And by doing that—by turning inward, by listening deeply, by staying—
this whole space was born.
My website.
This offering.
My work.
It wasn’t built on a method.
It was built on truth.
And I offer you the same:
A space to come home to your truth—even if it breaks all the rules.
What you’ll learn in this space
In Holding Your Inner Girl, I guide you in how to hold yourself—truly, deeply—when it feels like too much.
You’ll learn how to:
-
Stay with yourself in moments of fear, pain or overwhelm.
-
Recognize and meet your inner girl—the part of you that once had to carry too much alone.
-
Drop into your body, so your body can guide you.
-
Feel what’s really there beneath the stories, the survival, the silence.
-
Create safety within.
-
Regulate your nervous system by listening to your nervous system.
-
Listen to what you need—and actually give that to yourself.
-
Let softness return, so life can flow through you again.
This is not about fixing.
It’s about meeting yourself with so much presence and love
that healing begins to happen—from within.
Because yes, you have the power to heal yourself.
Even if no one ever told you so.

“Holding Your Inner Girl” is a very special offer.
This will be a 6-week journey.
While shaping this offering, I realized I had written Draagkracht six weeks after I discovered my own sexual abuse. It is now translated into Carrying Capacity.
You don’t heal in six weeks, but you can learn to hold yourself—and with that, meet the part of you that’s still there and that you’ve never met. The parts you also need, even if you don’t know it yet.
This will be a special offer, because I am here for the long run.
But this is a perfect journey if you're at the beginning of healing these parts of you. Abuse comes with so many layers, so this is a 6-week journey, and after that, you can always come back if needed.
For the people who are joining Holding Your Inner Girl, you can “book” this offer again in the future—even if I no longer offer it to new people, to make room for other creations.
Because this offering is so close to the moment where it all started for me, and it has been quite a journey since then, I want to offer the opportunity—if you want—to take another deep dive in 6 weeks in the future.
This private 1:1 coaching container is built entirely around you
We meet in personalized sessions where you receive deep, attuned guidance—support that meets you exactly where you are. And in between our sessions—online or in person—you have my presence through Voxer (or email), so you can reach out whenever something moves, questions arise, or you simply long to be held.
It’s for the woman who feels the pull.
The one who knows: it’s time to meet this part.
This space is slow. Deep. Quiet.
It’s held with the kind of presence I once had to learn to give myself—
and now offer to you.
Together, we’ll meet what has long lived in the dark.
This is private work. Intimate work. Sacred work.
And if you feel it’s for you—you’ll know.
If you’re ready to meet her—or want to know more—book a Discovery Call.
I’m here to hold the space for you—every step of the way.
With love,
Kelly
